Older rooms could use a thorough refresh!!! Maintenance needs to address the air conditioning noise!!! Unpleasant odors in accommodations really detract from the overall experience!!! Housekeeping should ensure rooms are cleaner before guests check in!!!

My stay here was pleasant because there are lovely parks like Legacy Park just about 2.5 km away and great shopping options at The Shops at Greenridge only 500 meters from the hotel, making it super convenient for exploring on foot. the room was clean and comfortable, which made it a nice place to return to after my city strolls, but better ventilation in the smoking rooms could improve the experience overall.

I stayed in a King Room, Smoking for 2 nights, and the TV was perfect for streaming with my firestick. The microwave worked wonders, and the small fridge kept my drinks chilled. The place felt cozy and private thanks to the curtains. the pool area was clean and relaxing, making it a nice spot to unwind.

Great hotel with free wi-fi, a great fitness centre, and a lovely seasonal outdoor pool. The staff was super helpful on my first stay, giving me directions to attractions. Highly recommend for a relaxing city trip!

In my wife’s opinion, the room could have been cleaner. The air conditioning was also a bit noisy, which made it hard to sleep at times. The bathroom didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned, so some improvement would be great for families with kids.

The room was well-appointed with a microwave and fridge, which made my stay much more convenient. Additionally, the business center was available 24 hours, allowing me to finalize my presentations without hassle. The hotel's location was also decent, providing easy access to local amenities.

While the location appeared somewhat sketchy and the room came with various issues, including stains and an uncomfortable pillow, the friendly staff were helpful during the stay. The cleanliness left much to be desired, but it was somewhat manageable for a night.
